CONGRATULATIONS to the 29 FINALISTS and 7 CATEGORY WINNERS of the inaugural MENOPAUSE WORKPLACE EXCELLENCE AWARDS 2023.
The Menopause Hub partnered with Great Place to Work to recognise and award those employers that are doing pioneering and groundbreaking work to support menopausal and perimenopausal women at work.
The Judging panel were incredibly impressed by the quality and depth of the entries. The Judges included: Norah Casey, Businesswoman, Broadcaster, Publisher and Women’s Advocate, Cathal Divilly, CEO Great Place To Work, Dr Conor Harrity, Consultant Gynaecologist & Menopause Specialist and Trainer (BMS & NAMS), Denise Kennedy, Assistant Secretary with responsibility for HR and Corporate Affairs, Department of Agriculture, Marine & Food
The Awards event was hosted, with a full house, at the Stella Cinema, Rathmines, Dublin. Seven Categories were awarded whose menopause workplace programmes impressed the judges. These inspiring organisations will encourage others to engage in the topic of menopause and to smash the menopause taboo at work.
